Nature’s Sunshine Power Products: Exciting Formula Improvements
Effective October 13, 2025, Nature’s Sunshine has upgraded three of their most popular superfood products with improved formulas that deliver even better nutrition. If you’ve been using Power Greens, Power Beets, or Power Meal, here’s what’s changing and why these updates are worth celebrating.
What’s Changing?
Nature’s Sunshine is discontinuing the original versions of Power Greens, Power Beets, and Power Meal products and replacing them with enhanced formulas. The new products maintain the same powerful nutritional benefits while incorporating customer feedback and the latest nutritional science.
Power Greens Gets Better and More Affordable
Power Greens, the comprehensive superfood blend that delivers over 200 plant-based nutrients, now comes at a lower price of just $40 for 24 stick packs. The formula has been upgraded with more absorbable vitamins including methyl folate and vitamin B12, which are easier for your body to utilize.
The serving size has been reduced to 7.3 grams for consistency across the product line and to allow flexible dosing based on your individual needs. Nature’s Sunshine has also removed maltodextrin, a filler ingredient, making the formula cleaner and more focused on whole food nutrition.
Power Beets Enhanced for Better Value
Power Beets, the circulation-supporting superfood made from premium Tibetan beetroot, now features a lower price of $58. Like Power Greens, this formula has been upgraded with more bioavailable forms of folate and B12 to support your body’s natural energy production and cardiovascular health.
The beetroot in Power Beets helps support healthy nitric oxide production, which promotes optimal circulation throughout your body. With the addition of more absorbable vitamins, your body can better utilize these important nutrients for sustained energy and vitality.
Power Meal Gets a Nutritional Upgrade
Power Meal, the complete plant-based meal replacement with 25 grams of protein, has received several significant improvements. The most notable change is the replacement of sunflower oil with coconut MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides), which are more easily digested and can provide quick, sustained energy.
The formula now contains 2 grams less fiber for improved digestion and comfort. This adjustment makes Power Meal easier on your digestive system while still providing excellent nutritional support with 7 grams of fiber per serving.
Like the other products, Power Meal now features upgraded vitamins including methyl folate and methylcobalamin (B12), which are the active forms your body can use immediately without conversion. Maltodextrin has been removed from this formula as well.
The Bottom Line
These improvements reflect Nature’s Sunshine’s commitment to providing the highest quality nutritional products. The upgraded formulas offer better absorption, cleaner ingredients, and in some cases, lower prices. If you’ve been using the original versions, you’ll appreciate these thoughtful enhancements that make great products even better.
